Huge sized Chubutensis out of the Aurora with a slight nick to the very tip, which looks to be feeding damage and one very small bourlette flake missing.  If your looking for a huge Chubutensis out of Aurora but don't want to drop a grand or so trying to obtain a near perfect specimen than this one might just fit the bill. .

Beautiful BLUE/GRAY enamel on both the display and non-display side.  Looks an awful lot like a Lee Creek Chub but I assure you it is not. Amazing tooth and very hard to find this size and this quality with these colors on them out of  South Carolina.

The only flaw I can locate on this specimen is a very tad bit of flaking to the bourlette where it meets the blade....but even with that....the bourlette is still a good 75% fully intact.  Pretty close to a perfect specimen.

3 & 1/2 inch Chubutensis from Aurora!!

This is a Monster Sized Chubutensis out of the Lee Creek Mine.  Anybody who has been collecting for any amount of time should know just how hard it is to find a large sized Chub out of Aurora.  There are a few nicked serrations but if you are truly waiting for a perfect one of these to come along at this size than chances are your expectations are a little unrealistic.

Pictures do not do this one justice.  It is one of the best South Carolina Chubs I have seen in a very long time.  The bourlette flows seamlessly into the blade.  The only flaw in the serration department appears to be two half worn serrations and that is hardly a flaw.  Killer tooth. One of the absolute Best Chubs you will ever find, not to mention XL as well.

Over Four inch Chubutensis out of the May River.

This specimen is beyond maximum size for this species and is the largest Chubutensis I have ever offered for sale.  A specimen of this size is next to impossible to obtain but one of this size and quality is just about nonexistent.   I do not believe you will find another one of these offered for sale.

By far the nicest Chubutensis I have seen in a good long while.  Tooth is BETTER than 99% FLAWLESS....from root to tip.  Pictures do not even come close to doing this one justice. Both residual cusps are PERFECT, the enamel is super glossy with your classic Aurora colors, and the only flaw I can find in the entire serration department  is one single serration that might be a quarter nicked, meaning one fourth of the total serration height has been nicked.  But that is doing some serious nit picking on this amazing specimen.

This species, from this location, and at this size is beyond RARE!

If your only going to add one Chubutensis to your collection...this is the one to grab!
